 Mahi Tech Labs built Mera Hisab – Smart Business Manager as an offline-first business management and bookkeeping application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Mera Hisab mobile application.

By using Mera Hisab, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information You Enter in the App

Mera Hisab allows you to enter and manage business-related information such as:

• Shop/business name
• Owner name
• Shop mobile number
• Shop address
• Customer names and account information
• Udhaar (credit) and Jama (payment) records
• Sales and invoice information
• Product and stock information
• Purchase and selling prices
• Payment and due amounts
• Invoice and transaction history

This information is entered by you for managing your business.

2. Offline Data Storage

Mera Hisab is designed primarily as an offline-first application.

Business information such as customers, transactions, invoices, payments and stock records is stored locally on your device using the application's local database.

Mahi Tech Labs does not operate a server that automatically receives or stores your business records.

If you delete the application, clear its app data, or lose/reset your device, locally stored information may be lost unless you have created your own backup or copy.

3. Shop Profile Information

If you choose to create a shop profile, the application may store information such as:

• Business/shop name
• Owner name
• Mobile number
• Address
• Shop logo or photo

This information is used to display your business information within the application and on relevant invoices or business documents.

4. Camera and Photos

If you choose to add a shop logo or photo, Mera Hisab may allow you to select an image from your device.

The selected image is used for your shop profile and related application features.

Mera Hisab does not require you to provide a photo.

5. Advertising – Google AdMob

Mera Hisab may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

Google and its advertising partners may collect or use certain information, such as device or advertising-related information, to provide, measure and improve advertisements, subject to their own privacy policies and applicable settings.

Mera Hisab does not directly control the information collected by third-party advertising services.

6. PDF Invoices and Sharing

Mera Hisab may allow you to generate PDF invoices and share them using applications available on your device, such as messaging or communication applications.

When you choose to share an invoice, the information contained in that invoice is provided to the application or service you select.

Mera Hisab does not control how a third-party application handles information after you choose to share it.

7. Customer Information

Customer information entered into Mera Hisab is intended for your business management purposes.

Mahi Tech Labs does not sell or rent your customer information.

You are responsible for ensuring that the customer information you enter into the application is collected and used in accordance with applicable laws and with appropriate customer consent where required.

8. Data Security

Mera Hisab takes reasonable measures to keep locally stored application data within the application's storage environment.

However, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and for maintaining backups of important business information.

9. Third-Party Services

Mera Hisab may use third-party services, including:

Google AdMob – for displaying advertisements.

These third-party services may process certain information according to their own privacy policies.

10. Children's Privacy

Mera Hisab is a business management application and is not specifically directed toward children.

The application does not knowingly request personal information from children.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the application, please contact us so that appropriate action can be considered.

11. Data Deletion

Because business records are primarily stored locally on your device, you can manage or delete information through the application where deletion functionality is available.

You may also delete locally stored application data through your device's Android settings.

Please note that deleting application data may permanently remove locally stored customers, transactions, invoices, payments and stock records.

Information that has already been shared by you with another application or third-party service is subject to that service's own data policies.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Mahi Tech Labs may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application, services or applicable requirements.

Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
